After having received your SimNomics customer number, you can register and log in here.
When you are registered as a user, you are ready to scan your foreign invoices and receipts. You can use your computer, tablet or smartphone as a scanner, while you are abroad or in the office. After e-mailing your scanned document to us, neither you nor your colleagues in the accounting department need to spend more time on the matter. We will handle it from there and your VAT refund is transferred to your account as soon as the application has been processed.

Of course we also apply for VAT refund on behalf of your foreign subsidaries and daughter companies. At the moment we are able to send applications through the national tax authorities in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, the UK, France, Spain, Italy and in the Netherlands. If needed, we will be happy to develop and enlarge our portfolio together with our clients. On individual agreement, we offer our service also to Non-EU companies.
